Who qualifies

You must be an Indigenous student with any Indigenous affiliation. You can qualify under three different categories: as a first-year student entering a four-year degree, as a student in a two-year diploma program, or as a student in any year of a two-year diploma or four-year degree. Your program of study must be in Business Administration/Economics, Business Finance, Business Management, Natural Resources, or Community Economic Development (CED). While open to all qualified students, preference will be given to those enrolled in CANDO's accredited institutions: Nicola Valley Institute of Technology, Algoma University, Nunavut Arctic College, Aurora College, Cape Breton University, University of Lethbridge, University College of the North, and University of Winnipeg.
